Hello my name is Nicole and I’m the event planner here at JaRoss and I’m happy to help you in planning a party. I will start by answering some questions for you. 1. How many people can be included in a spa party?

Ans : Ja Ross can accommodate many different sizes of groups. We can hold events as small as 4 and as large as 25.

 

2. How much does it cost to hold an event at your spa?

Ans : We have an event coordinator that works to ensure your day is special at no cost to you. The only cost you have is for your services and/or catering that you will be having that day. You will also get complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and use of our Jacuzzi and sauna during your event.

 

3. What services can be done at an event and are there specific hours that you hold them in?

Ans : Any service that we offer on our menu is also available for our events. We hold events at any time during our normal business hours. If you require different hours, that can be arranged for a small fee.

 

4. Can we bring in food for our event?

Ans : We do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought in to an event. We do offer a variety of catered trays including breakfast, fruit, sandwiches and even desserts.

 

5. Can we have beer or wine for our event?

Ans : We do offer the option of beer and/or wine. We need a 20 day notice and a fee would apply.

 

6. Do I need to pay for my services in advance?

Ans : We do not require you to pre pay for your services. A 50% deposit is due at booking and the remainder is not due until 2 days prior to your event.

 

7. How is gratuity taken care of with an event?

Ans : There is a 20% gratuity added to your total that is taken care of with the rest of your balance so you won’t have to worry about anything the day of your event.

 

8. Do I get a discount if I bring my party to your salon/spa? If so how many people would I need to bring to get a discount?

Ans : Not only do we not charge you any extra to hold your event at our spa, but you can also receive a discount on your services. Your event total will determine how much your discount is. The more services you get, the bigger the discounts are.
