FAQs

How should I dress?
Dress comfortably. If you would like to enjoy our Jacuzzi or Hot Sauna before or after your services, please bring your swimsuit. You will be provided a locker for your personal belongings.

What time should I arrive?
You should always arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can get checked in and changed. We want to make sure you will receive the full treatment time of your service.

What if I arrive late?
Out of respect for all our guests, we must try to stay on time therefore services will have to be adjusted on late arrivals.

Will I have to remove all my clothes for massage or body services?
We will provide you with a robe for your comfort. During massage you may wear undergarments if it feels more secure. For body treatments we will provide you with disposable undergarments. Always be assured that proper draping is done and only the area being treated is exposed.

Do I need to do anything special prior to a body treatment or bath?
You should never shave your legs 24 hours prior to any body treatment or bath; sea salts could be irritating to the skin.

How long do I have to wait before hair removal services?
When body sugaring is being done, there only needs to be 1/16 of an inch of growth. If the bikini area is more than ¼ of an inch it is better to trim the hair before your service.

How much should I leave for a gratuity?
As in all service industries, these professionals work extremely hard to satisfy their guests. Your satisfaction with their work is generally reflected in a minimum 15% gratuity. On gift cards, packages and spa parties a 17% gratuity is automatically included.

What if I can’t make my appointment?
We know that there are unforeseen circumstances and we will do our best to work with you. Our policy is 24 hours notice of cancellation. All “no show” appointments will be charged at their full service rate.

PCA Oxygenating Peel

Plan a special night with friends, family, or coworkers! We host spa events and parties for all occasions including services such as pedicures, massages, and hairstyling. Our guests really enjoy relaxing in our Jacuzzi/Sauna area with catered food trays and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. 

All you need to get your party started is an idea of services, possible dates, and approximately how many people you plan on bringing (normally our spa parties consist of 5 or more guests). Next, our Party Coordinator will check availability and put together a price estimate. The services are priced along with 20% gratuity. We do have special discounting available.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your selected time slots. The remainder of the total due must be paid two days prior to your event. (We cannot accept gift cards as a form of payment for spa events.)

Our cancellation policy for parties is 48 hours. Should a party member need to cancel within 48 hours, a replacement must be found the same day for the service in order to use your full payment. There are no refunds… Some restrictions may apply.

Spa Wedding parties have a 20% gratuity added.  Gift Cards will NOT be accepted for payment due to the discount pricing on our wedding/spa package.
